Employment Opportunities Excellent for Immigrants to Australia

The opportunities for immigration to, and employment in Australia for skilled migrants have never been better.
An article in today’s The Australian newspaper by eminent editor, Paul Kelly, includes the following statistics about immigration:
The Rudd Government has presided over the biggest annual increase in the intake since the scheme’s inception in 1945. The total intake this year is 190,000, more than double John Howard’s first year. The scope of the program’s transformation is immense. This year the skilled component is 70 per cent of the intake.
In addition, the class 457 visas for temporary skilled workers are running at 100,000 this year, compared with less than 40,000 five years ago.
Traditionally, high immigration has unsettled Australian voters. It’s likely therefore that in due course, pressure will be applied on the government by lobby groups to reduce the intake levels. How long this will take is anybody’s guess. Alternatively, it may be that Australians are becoming accustomed to having other, different nationalities living among us, realise that they aren’t the bogeymen and women we thought they were and aren’t as ethnophobic as we have been.
Clearly, if you are seeking employment opportunities and permanent residence in Australia, now is the time to make your move … if you have something to offer.

Hi abdou
Unfortunately, I cannot find you a job.
You will have a better chance if you see an immigration agent in Morocco. You can also read the Australian Government’s website about what you need to do to get a job and a visa.
You will find information here: http://www.immi.gov.au/
Look at the left side for “Visas and Immigration” and read about what is required. If you have difficulty understanding English, let me know and I’ll try to find Arabic or French translations of the text.
Regards
Robin
