CVOne is a free video resume tool for jobseekers and comes with a personal URL to be sent to recruiters and hiring managers. The Internet link can be posted on your printed resume or business card, in career communities and on job sites, and much more.

CVOne can be used to apply for jobs and internships, even projects. The creation of a video application with CVOne does not require advanced technical skills and is easy, and secure.

I’m in the process of testing this on Windows VISTA and will write a review if time permits. At present, I have only a vague idea about what it does.
